RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Changed your mind? No stress. We stand by everything we sell and want you to be happy with your purchase and experience with the shop.

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send back anything unused and in original condition — unworn, unskated, tags attached, etc. Just send it back with your order number to:

Refunds

Send it back and we'll refund you to your original payment method. Refunds are processed asap and no later than 5 business days of your return arriving.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us at shop@goodnewsskateshop.com we'll sort it out. Once an exchange has been decided we’ll ship it out at no extra cost once we’ve received the original product back and verified it’s re-sellable.

In-Store Returns

Local? Bring it by the shop at 609 Johnson Street, Victoria. Returns and exchanges are always free in store.

Oh yeah, a few more things we’ve seen that aren’t ok:

• Shoes need to be unworn, unskated, and be in original box with everything they came with. We can't resell a shoe that's been skated, scuffed, or is missing some collectable shoelace.

• Clothes, apparel, and anything else must have original tags and be unworn. Can’t buy something for a hit date and return it the next day.

• Items marked Final Sale or Clearance are final sale.

• Gift cards can't be returned.
