In 2023, the Safe Low debuted as a collaboration between Vans and Palace. It combines elements from the Half Cab and '96 Carroll models and boasts an extra sockliner for added comfort and skate ability. This year the model launches with White Leather (Rory Milanes) and Sky Blue (Danny Brady) signature colourways.
Both models are in-store and online now for $135.

Goodnews Skateshop is located in downtown Victoria, BC at 609 Johnson Street. We are skater owned and operated and exist to support, grow, and give back to our local skateboard community.
As a brand, Goodnews is a vehicle for local artists to showcase their work. All our graphics, posters, designs, etc. have been created by skaters and we do our best to source and produce all our goods locally.
